Last weekend we went to Potrero Gardens in search of some new plants for the backyard. It is getting closer to Spring and our yard was looking pretty sad! I made a feeble attempt at weeding but after 15 minutes I was pretty tired.

We bought an orange tree, I hope it does OK back there!

Saturday was Jason's 29th birthday. After a grueling day of gardening and getting the baby's room set up, I took him to Foreign Cinema for dinner. .

The food was great, I had Crab Cakes, Lamb Chops and Angel Food Cake w huckleberry sauce for dessert. Jason had Oysters, Duck & Quail and a Honey and Cheese plate for dessert. I had the waitress put a candle in his cheese to make it more festive.

The cool thing about Foreign Cinema is that there is a film projected on the wall the entire time you are dining. Its pretty hard to actually watch & hear the film, but it is a great idea. "Brazil" was playing last night.
