It was a very relaxing weekend. Today I carved a couple of pumpkins and baked the pumpkin seeds. Yesterday Jason & I went downtown and it was actually pretty busy. There seemed to be way more weirdo types and homeless people though.

I've been researching digital cameras lately, cause I want to get my own. I think I've narrowed it to three: Coolpix 775 by Nikon, Olympus 2040 or Canon S110. There are a few good websites that have reviews and photo galleries: namely imaging resource, digital camera resource and digital photography review. There is so much information on these sites, and all the cameras look so cool that it's hard to decide!

Got back yesterday from Portland. The wedding was great, Laurie looked beautiful, she and Frank seem very happy and the day was perfect! Above you see me eating wedding cake - to my right is Margot, who i have not seen in years! We had fun reminiscing. Flying was OK, there are armed army type people in camouflage carrying M-16s at the San Francisco airport. That makes you feel safe (?) I also got to see brothers Bill and Frank, their wives Amy and Leslie too. We didn't get to spend that much time together though. The weekend went by so fast!

Waking Life looks like a really different film. The website is very cool, it has a short dream quiz - here is what it told me:

I am going to Portland this weekend, leaving Thursday. I'm not looking forward to the flight, but I hear that all the airports are being very thorough these days. Guess there is only one way to find out. *sigh*

This is the palm of my left hand. I woke up on Friday with these nasty red bumps on my palm, and two more on my wrist. This AM I had another on my left index finger. I thought maybe it was Anthrax, but A] no one has any reason to give me anthrax and B] Anthrax blisters are 1-3 centimeters in size. Mine are very small. I think that it's actually stress that is causing them, especially because they're all on the same hand.

I was at Safeway on Saturday and took this photo of men's haircolor. Do they really expect this packaging to appeal to any sane man? I have to wonder. All the Grecian Formulas look like they painted the beard on ther faces and the Feria packages are just wrong. No offense to any guys who actually use this.


So, Wonderbread comes in sizes now. I never realized that. It's been awhile since I purchased white bread. I do love their polka dots though.


I bought a new perfume this weekend. After god know how many years of wearing Angel, I break out of that rut with "SuiDreams" and let me tell you, it smells really good. You may not care what I smell like, but actually you might if you're taking the time to read this. Think of this as a scratch n' sniff except that you have to go hunt down a sample of this to sniff it. I still love Angel, but over time, fragrance just doesn't smell the same on a person. I also discovered that buying perfume on the web is a lot cheaper than buying it at Nordstrom.

Today Jason & I went to the Metreon to see "Serendipity" -we took this pic in the Sony store. Serendipity was OK, John Cusack was funny, if you like semi-romantic comedies, you may dig it. On Friday we walked to Upper Haight - went to the Citrus Club, I had their special jade curry noodles, it was soooo good.

Monday night I dreamt that Jason had arranged for us to move to a new place without telling me. All of a sudden this woman shows up with her daughter, wanting us to move our stuff out of the place so they can move in. J hired two Japanese girls to help us move, so it took a very long time, and I was upset because I had no clue we were moving and did not know anything about our new home. Lots of anxious moments in that dream. Tonight Tony came to SF and he took us to Thai House. These pics are old....
